El índice general de la bolsa limeña subió un 1.04% a 22,307.17 puntos, su mejor nivel desde el 27 de mayo, mientras que el índice que agrupa a los papeles líderes , avanzó un 1.47% a 30,857.88 puntos. En tanto, el índice Inca que incluye a los papeles más líquidos ganó un 1.24% a 113.31 puntos.
“Los inversores se animaron a entrar al mercado por los buenos balances que han salido y dado a que esperan que no haya mayor cambio en el discurso del presidente electo (Ollanta Humala) luego de lo ha venido haciendo en el gabinete”, dijo Javier Frisancho operador de Kallpa Securities SAB.

La Bolsa chilena cerró con una baja de más de 2% afectada por el negativo escenario externo, ante la incertidumbre en Estados Unidos debido a que el Congreso no ha logrado alcanzar un acuerdo que permita elevar el límite de deuda a pocos días que venza el plazo para que el país caiga en una cesación de pagos, en una jornada en la que destacó el fuerte retroceso de las acciones del sector Salmón.
El índice selectivo Ipsa, de las 40 acciones más transadas en la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago, registró un descenso de 2,06% a 4.525,30 puntos, alcanzando su menor nivel desde el 22 de marzo.
En tanto, el índice general Igpa perdió 1,72% a 21.607,94 unidades, mientras el Inter-10 cedió 2,13% a 5.672,89 puntos.
Las acciones europeas y estadounidenses terminaron las operaciones con pérdidas afectadas por la salida de los inversionistas de los activos de mayor riesgo, como las acciones, por el temor a que la principal economía del mundo entre en cesación de pagos.
El Congreso tiene plazo hasta el 2 de agosto para alcanzar un consenso que permita elevar el límite de deuda de US$14,3 billones.
La totalidad de los sectores que transan en la Bolsa chilena anotó caídas las que fueron lideradas por Salmón con un retroceso de 4,8%, seguido de Construcción e Inmobiliario (2,76%), Retail (2,26%) y Commodities (2,22%).
En cuanto a acciones particulares los mayores descensos correspondieron a INFORSA (6,45%), MULTIFOODS (6,35%), e HITES (5,99%), mientras que las principales alzas correspondieron a POLPAICO (3,77%), GASCO (1,61%) y EWG (1,44%).

"El asunto fundamental, que es la temporada de ganancias positiva, sigue en el mercado, lo que se refleja en los resultados de esta mañana, como el de Ford", dijo un operador.
El índice de confianza del consumidor en Estados Unidos aumentó en julio después de ocho meses a la baja, ante las perspectivas optimistas sobre el mercado laboral, según informó el instituto privado Conference Board. La confianza se elevó a 59,5 puntos en julio desde los 57,6 registrados en junio.
Por su parte, las bolsas europeas cerraron la sesión mixtas en un mercado que sigue con preocupación la falta de acuerdo sobre la deuda estadounidense y las dudas que suscitan entre los inversores el plan de ayuda a Grecia.
Más temprano, el índice Nikkei de la Bolsa de Tokio subió 0,5% por los buenos resultados trimestrales y las previsiones alentadoras de empresas como Canon y Kao Corp, que contrarrestaron un avance del yen.

El futuro de la Obra Social de la CAM no est? nada claro. De momento su continuidad s?lo est? garantizada hasta final de a?o, ya que cuenta con un presupuesto ya asignado de 38,7 millones de euros, pero m?s all? de esa fecha ni los nuevos administradores de la entidad ni el Banco de Espa?a son capaces de aclarar qu? ocurrir?.
Todo depender? del porcentaje que finalmente la CAM logre mantener del nuevo banco al que ha transferido todo su negocio —que podr?a ser muy minoritario—, y de la capacidad que posteriormente tenga ese banco para generar beneficios y repartir dividendos, algo que, al menos en los primeros ejercicios, ser? complicado dado el estado de las cuentas de la CAM. En este sentido, tambi?n depender? de qui?n se quede finalmente la entidad tras la subasta y de si se mantendr? independiente o se integrar? en otra red.
Sea como sea, lo que s? est? claro es que la actual Caja Mediterr?neo deber? transformarse en una fundaci?n de car?cter especial, —como hizo Caja Castilla–La Mancha— cuyo ?nico fin es, precisamente, la administraci?n de la obra ben?fico social de la entidad. El propio consejo de administraci?n de la CAM ya solicit? esta transformaci?n en el mismo acuerdo en el que pidi? al Banco de Espa?a que se adelantara su nacionalizaci?n.
A diferencia de lo que ocurri? con la caja manchega, donde fue el ejecutivo auton?mico quien acab? decidiendo qu? colectivos de inter?s iban a formar parte del patronato de la fundaci?n, la CAM tendr?, en principio, la oportunidad de redactar sus propios estatutos y decidir sobre este tema. Lo l?gico ser?a, seg?n las fuentes consultadas, que se intentar? respetar en la composici?n actual de la asamblea de la caja. Un informe de las Naciones Unidas destaca que las inversiones extranjeras en el pa?s recuperaron el ritmo previo a la crisis de 2009. Si bien su calidad mejor? respecto de los ?90, siguen faltando regulaciones que las orienten.
La Inversi?n Extranjera Directa (IED) hacia Argentina recuper? los niveles previos a la crisis financiera internacional. En sinton?a con el comportamiento global, los flujos con direcci?n al pa?s ascendieron hasta 6300 millones de d?lares en 2010. El ?Informe sobre las inversiones en el mundo 2011? que elabora Unctad, un organismo de Naciones Unidas, refleja un aumento de la inversi?n extranjera del 57 por ciento respecto de la fuerte ca?da experimentada en 2009. Cuando se la compara con el promedio de los a?os 2004-2008, una relaci?n estad?sticamente m?s adecuada, el alza llega al 6 por ciento. A escala regional la participaci?n de Argentina en la entrada de IED es baja. Sin embargo, antes que maximizar el ingreso de inversiones extranjeras al pa?s como indica la tradici?n neoliberal, distintos especialistas heterodoxos advierten sobre la relevancia de regular esos flujos para garantizar la generaci?n de puestos de trabajo, reducir la remisi?n de utilidades y dividendos a las casas matrices y, de ser posible, alcanzar un comportamiento exportador.
Durante la d?cada pasada la calidad de la IED exhibi? una mejora significativa con relaci?n a la din?mica registrada durante los a?os noventa. A lo largo de la convertibilidad, la IED estaba impulsada por el proceso de privatizaci?n y extranjerizaci?n de la estructura productiva. En cambio, el sostenido proceso de crecimiento econ?mico, los elevados niveles de rentabilidad empresaria y un contexto internacional favorable explicaron el destacado desempe?o de los flujos de los ?ltimos a?os.
?Desde 2004 se distingue una mejora en la composici?n de la IED que se explica por el incremento de la capacidad productiva de las empresas extranjeras establecidas en el pa?s, ingreso de nuevas firmas y apertura de nuevas plantas?, explic? la subsecretaria de Desarrollo de Inversiones, Cecilia Nah?n. Ese tipo de inversiones tienden a generar mayores contribuciones a la formaci?n de capital y la creaci?n de empleo que las fusiones y adquisiciones. Desde Canciller?a tambi?n resaltaron la elevada intensidad tecnol?gica de los nuevos proyectos instalados en el pa?s. Otro dato relevante en el comportamiento reciente es la creciente importancia de Brasil como pa?s de origen de IED hacia Argentina. Las principales empresas extranjeras establecidas en el pa?s se dedican a la explotaci?n de hidrocarburos (Repsol), telecomunicaciones (Telecom y Telef?nica) y alimentos (Cargill). En los ?ltimos a?os creci? el lugar de la industria automotriz.
A nivel global, las corrientes de la IED aumentaron en forma moderada hasta 1,24 bill?n de d?lares y se mantiene 15 por ciento por debajo del promedio previo a la crisis. Seg?n el informe de Unctad, las econom?as en desarrollo, fundamentalmente las del Sur, atrajeron en total m?s de la mitad de esos flujos y muchos de esos pa?ses vieron crecer su participaci?n como exportadores de IED. La tasa de crecimiento de las inversiones extranjeras hacia Brasil creci? 87 por ciento, en M?xico el aumento fue del 17 por ciento; en Per?, del 31, y en Chile, del 17. En la mayor?a de los casos, la magnitud de los flujos supera los de Argentina.
La tradici?n neoliberal resalta la relevancia de las empresas multinacionales en los procesos de desarrollo y pondera el rumbo de las econom?as en base a la magnitud de la IED. Mucha inversi?n extranjera sugerir?a que los gobiernos hacen bien las cosas y poca reflejar?a una orientaci?n ?err?nea? de la pol?tica. ?La experiencia de la d?cada del noventa muestra que la maximizaci?n de esos flujos no es adecuada para impulsar el desarrollo. Los flujos de la IED dejaron como saldo la p?rdida de importantes grados de libertad en la definici?n de las pol?ticas nacionales?, advierte la economista Ariadna Sacroisky.
En ese sentido, especialistas como el profesor de la Universidad de Cambridge, Ha Joon-Chang, recuperan la experiencia de pa?ses como Singapur o Malasia, donde el Estado jug? un rol activo en la planificaci?n, regulaci?n y el incentivo de la IED hacia determinadas actividades. As?, por ejemplo, restringieron el ingreso de inversiones no deseadas, las sujetaron al cumplimiento de condiciones que van desde l?mites a la participaci?n extranjera hasta requisitos de exportaci?n. El investigador del Cemop Andr?s Asiain cuestiona el laxo marco institucional-legal en el que se desarrolla la IED en Argentina. Por su parte, un documento realizado por el experto en comercio internacional Carlos Bianco advierte que ?el 80 por ciento de los flujos de IED se fugan bajo la forma de remisi?n de utilidades y dividendos de las empresas transnacionales?.

Así, cualquier colombiano podrá comprar los títulos desde un monto mínimo de $1.850.000, equivalentes a 500 acciones, con una cuota inicial de $370.000.Inicialmente deberá diligenciar el formulario electrónico que estará disponible en la página de Ecopetrol. Al terminarlo, le dará un código que deberá conservar durante todo el proceso.
Las compras se podrán realizar en las entidades bancarias de Davivienda y Bancolombia o en cualquiera de las 24 sociedades comisionistas de bolsa, donde deberá cancelar el 20% del total de su inversión. Hay dos formas de pago: Una, de contado, que le permite obtener un descuento de 2,5% en su compra y deberá pagar la primera cuota. En cuanto al pago por cuotas, el pago lo deberá cancelar en seis cuotas mensuales y consecutivas.
Una vez recibidas las aceptaciones válidas, dentro de los 49 días calendario siguientes se empezará el proceso de adjudicación de las acciones, realizado por la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia (BVC). De acuerdo con Danny Benjumea, analista de Asesores en Valores, la liberación de las acciones dependerá de la forma de compra. “Si es a plazo, se liberaran cronológicamente de acuerdo al número de acciones pagadas; si es de contado hay que tener en cuenta el plazo de adjudicación”, afirmó.
MUCHAS OFERTAS
Para muchos analistas, es claro que habrá una sobredemanda de la acción, aunque no sería muy alta. “Con una emisión de $2,5 billones, la sobredemanda puede estar cercana a 1,52 veces, pues el monto de entrada, es muy alto”, comentó Carolina Ramírez, analista de Global Securities. No obstante, como explica el analista de Bolsa y Renta, Mauricio Restrepo, “en el aviso de oferta no se menciona hasta cuánto se podría aumentar, pero el límite que tiene la compañía para emitir es el 9.9%”.
Así, si el total de acciones adjudicadas es mayor al de las disponibles, se restará una acción a cada uno de los inversionistas, empezando por aquel a quien se le haya adjudicado el mayor número de acciones y siguiendo en ese orden descendente hasta que las acciones adjudicadas coincidan con las acciones disponibles.
EL PROCESO DE ADJUDICACIÓN SE HARÁ EN TRES CAPAS
De acuerdo con lo estipulado por la compañía, en la primera capa estarán los inversionistas que solicitaron un monto menor o igual a 50 montos mínimos. En la segunda, aquellos que solicitaron un monto mayor a 50 montos mínimos. En cuanto a la tercera, se adjudicarán a prorrata a quienes hayan demandado en uno o más formularios un monto superior a 50 veces el monto mínimo. El proceso empezaría el 18 de agosto. La Bolsa porteña subió ayer 1,13 por ciento para el lote de 19 empresas líderes, ante el sensible avance de las compañías energéticas y las ligadas al petróleo, tras la suba del “oro negro” en el mercado de Nueva York.
Por su parte, el metal amarillo registró su tercer récord histórico consecutivo en 1.621,50 dólares la onza troy, su máximo de este día, con suba de 0,40 por ciento. El índice líder Merval cerró en 3.368,64 puntos a lo largo de una rueda que lo mostró en moderado, pero permanente crecimiento a contramano de la tendencia bajista registrada en Europa, Wall Street y Latinoamérica.
Los mercados regionales
En los mercados de esas regiones predominó el pesimismo y una extrema cautela ante el estancamiento de las negociaciones entre representantes de los partidos republicano y demócrata, en los Estados Unidos. Esos políticos deben acordar, antes del 2 de agosto próximo, una definición acerca del límite del endeudamiento gubernamental que evite una cesación de pago de ese país.
En Buenos Aires, el aumento de volumen se debió a la gran cantidad de ejercicios en títulos públicos, que habitualmente vencen en la última semana de cada mes y ayer reunieron 44,7 millones de pesos.
Las acciones operaron solo 33,4 millones de pesos, pero la ausencia de una venta puntual desde un fondo de inversión sobre empresas energéticas del grupo dirigido por el empresario Marcelo Midlin permitió su repunte que tuvo porcentuales significativos en varios casos.
Transener saltó 5,07 % a 1,45 pesos seguida de Edenor 3,48 y Pampa Energía con 3,26 %.

Q. Do you have automatic compounding?

A. No. You need to log into your account to manually buy positions, using your cash balance. (If there is sufficient demand, we may implement an automatic-compounding feature.)

Q. Is the original principal I paid for my JSS-Tripler positions returned, after my positions have earned $15 (150%) and have matured?

A. No. The original principal expires and is not returned when your positions mature. (As indicated above, for every four of your JSS-Tripler positions that mature, you also get a JSS position that pays you $60 when it cycles.)

Q. Do I have to do anything to cycle my JSS positions, and how quickly can I expect them to cycle?

A. You don't necessarily have to do anything. However, you may want to buy "placements" (cost: $5 each) to fill your matrixes more quickly. You can also upgrade your placements to "premium" at a cost of $5 each. The best way to cycle your JSS positions more quickly is to sponsor people. It may take anything from a few weeks to several months for your JSS positions to cycle. Note that 50% of your own new JSS positions generated by JSS-Tripler will be used to fill your own matrixes.

Q. Why don't you just pay out 300% or $30 per JSS-Tripler position?

A. If we did this it would be very difficult (if at all possible) to make JSS-Tripler indefinitely sustainable. You can think of the 150% cash as shortterm profits and the remainder as longterm profits.

Q. Does paying 150% or $15 in cash, and the rest in the form of JSS positions, make JSS-Tripler indefinitely sustainable?

A. No. As JSS-Tripler grows, a time may come when the 2% daily earnings cannot be sustained. At this point, our"Restart Feature" (RSF) will be used. The way RSF works is that all existing JSS-Tripler positions are terminated and "wound up," and JSS-Tripler is essentially restarted as a new program. The "old" JSS-Tripler positions are "wound up" by being "paid out" partially in cash and partially in the form of JSS positions. A formula is used to maximize the "cash positions" of our members. It just takes longer for the "old" JSS-Tripler positions to earn the 300% or $30 total.

Q. What happens if, because of unforseen events, such as server downtime, DDOS attacks, etc., there's a general loss of confidence in JSS-Tripler and members stop buying new positions?

A. RSF will be used to effectively restart JSS-Tripler as a new program and to "wind up" the "old" JSS-Tripler positions.

Q. If RSF is applied, will my earnings decline?

A. Yes, there will be a temporary decline. Because you retain all your downline members, your earnings will tend to increase over time after JSS-Tripler is effectively relaunched. By compounding and sponsoring more people, you'll be able to increase your earnings to higher levels than before.

Q. If RSF is applied, will I lose money?

A. No. Some or all of your unexpired JSS-Tripler positions may be converted into JSS positions, but you won't lose any money.

Q. For my downline, does JSS-Tripler use the same "genealogy" (downline structure) as the other JSS programs?

A. Yes. Everyone you've sponsored in the past into JBP is automatically in your JSS-Tripler downline. This applies to your second level as well. Everyone you sponsor into JBP in future, will automatically be in your JSS-Tripler downline. (Note that if any of your referrals were "sold" or "passed up" in JBP, you "get them back" for JSS-Tripler.)

Q. If I don't participate in JSS-Booster, but some of my referrals do, will I earn referral commissions on their "JSS-Booster action?"

A. Yes. You don't have to participate in JSS-Warp or JSS-Booster if you don't want to. (Note that even though you can earn referral commissions for JSS-Tripler without upgrading in JBP, we recommend that you upgrade in JBP at a cost of $10 or $20 as soon as possible. This enables you to earn extra money from JBP. It also provides you with access to "The Big Success Breakthrough" -- see "Access Our Products" in your JBP member area.)

Q. What are the most important differences between JSS-Tripler and the other JSS programs?

A. In JSS-Tripler, you can see your earnings added to your account every day. It's much easier for most members to see that "something is happening" with their JSS-Tripler accounts, compared to the other JSS programs. JSS-Tripler provides "instant gratification!"

Your referral earnings are also immediately added to your account when your referrals and their referrals buy positions. You can immediately withdraw these funds, or use them to buy more positions to compound your earnings.
